Working Principle 

Powered by a three-phase AC power supply, the stator windings generate a rotating magnetic field through three-phase alternating current, causing the rotor to rotate under the influence of this magnetic field. Since the rotor speed is slightly lower than that of the rotating magnetic field, there is relative motion between the rotor and the magnetic field. The eccentric blocks on the rotor generate centrifugal force during rotation, which produces vibration in the motor. This vibration is transmitted through the motor's feet or flange to the vibrating machinery attached to the motor, such as vibrating screens or vibrating conveyors, enabling the machinery to produce corresponding vibrations for material processing.
